What can be returned

Most AuraLiving purchases can be returned within 30 days of delivery when they are kept in their original condition. Keeping the product, included components, and packaging together helps us process your request smoothly.

The item should be free from wear, alteration, misuse, or damage that occurred after delivery.

Original packaging helps protect furniture and home accessories during return transit, particularly for larger pieces.

Please begin with a return request before sending an item back. This allows our team to confirm the return details and provide the correct instructions for your order.

03 · Delivery Issues

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, let us know as soon as reasonably possible. We will review the issue and help arrange the appropriate resolution.

Photograph the condition

Clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and visible damage can help us review the issue more efficiently.

Keep the packaging

When practical, keep the shipping materials until the issue has been reviewed, especially for furniture or fragile decor.

Do not send it back first

Please wait for return instructions before shipping the item so it can be routed correctly.

Large furniture

For oversized pieces, our team will provide instructions appropriate to the item and its return transportation requirements.

04 · Refunds

Back to your original payment

Once an approved return has been received and reviewed, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Your financial institution may require additional processing time before the credit appears on your account.

Eligible AuraLiving returns are free. You will not be charged a return shipping fee when following the return instructions provided for your approved request.

05 · Exchanges

A better fit for your space

Eligible items may be exchanged within the same 30-day window. Exchange availability depends on the replacement item being available when your request is processed.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will help complete the return as a refund instead. Approved exchanges are handled without an exchange fee.

Can I return an assembled furniture item?
Return eligibility depends on the item's condition. Before disassembling or shipping a furniture item, submit your request so our team can provide instructions appropriate to the product.
What if my item arrived damaged?
Report the issue as soon as reasonably possible and keep the item and packaging together when practical. Photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label can help with the review.
When will my refund appear?
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item is received and reviewed. After we issue the refund, the time required for it to appear depends on your financial institution.
What if my preferred exchange is unavailable?
If the requested replacement is unavailable when the exchange is processed, the eligible return can be completed as a refund to the original payment method.
